Who wouldn't love Singapore's Changi Airport?
If you're waiting for 3 hours or less, you can check my list for the free things to do in Changi Airport. Note: Everything that I will mention are based on my own experience.
First, they offer 3 hours free WiFi. Although, you need to input your mobile phone number. Data charges may apply but I didn't bother that. Then, just input the one-time password that you will receive via text message. Note: the one-time password differs per user so don't bother to input the code on the screenshot I attached below. 😊

Second, have photo-ops with Terminal 2's Enchanted Garden, a giant glass bouquet sculptures perfect for a selfie or a groupie.
Third, there are resting area for FREE!!! It is designated for passengers waiting for their flights.
